In summary, our websites do not set cookies on your device. The sections below explain what this means, the limited third party resources our websites load, the position on the Zoho Learn learning management system and other platforms operated by others, and what will change if we introduce cookies in future.
This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms not defined here carry the meaning given to them in those documents.
2) Scope
2.1. This Cookie Policy applies to our websites and to any landing page or online resource operated by Zigma on which this policy is published or linked.
2.2. This Cookie Policy does not apply to websites, applications, or platforms operated by third parties, even where they are linked from our websites, branded with our name, or used to deliver a learning programme. This includes the Zoho Learn learning management system. Those services are governed by the policies of the relevant provider, as explained in Clause 6.
3) What Cookies Are
3.1. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a website to recognise your browser, remember preferences, or track activity across pages and, in some cases, across other websites.
3.2. Related technologies include web beacons, tracking pixels, browser local storage, and software development kits embedded within a website. In this Cookie Policy, references to “cookies” include these technologies.
4) Cookies Used on Our Websites
4.1. Our websites do not set cookies on your device. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising or retargeting cookies, social media tracking cookies, session replay tools, or tracking pixels on our websites.
4.2. Because we do not place any non-essential cookies, we do not operate a cookie consent banner or preference centre on our websites. There is nothing for you to accept, decline, or manage.

5) Third-Party Resources Loaded by Our Websites
5.1. Our websites load a small number of resources hosted by third parties in order to display correctly. These resources do not place cookies on your device. However, because your browser must request the file directly from the provider, your Internet Protocol (IP) address and basic browser information are transmitted to that provider as part of the request.

- Cookies placed: None. Your IP address and browser information are transmitted to Google in order to serve the font file.

6) Learning Management System (Zoho Learn) and Other Third-Party Platforms
6.1. Zigma uses Zoho Learn, a learning management system provided by Zoho Corporation, to host and deliver certain learning programmes. Zigma is a licensee and user of that platform. We do not own, operate, or control it, and we do not determine which cookies or similar technologies it places on your device.
6.2. When you access the learning management system, whether through a Zoho hosted address or through a Zigma branded address, cookies may be placed by Zoho Corporation for purposes such as authentication, session management, course progress, platform security, and service performance. Any such processing is governed by the cookie policy, privacy policy, and terms of Zoho Corporation, and not by this Cookie Policy. We encourage you to review those policies before accessing the platform.
6.3. The same position applies to any other third party platform used in connection with a programme, including video conferencing services, assessment tools, and any platform nominated by a client organisation. Each such provider sets its own cookies under its own policies.
6.4. This Clause concerns cookies and similar technologies only. Where Zigma receives, holds, or processes learner information originating from such platforms, including enrolment details, attendance, assessment outcomes, or completion records, that information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable contractual arrangements with the relevant client organisation.
7) Server Logs
7.1. Separately from cookies, our web hosting provider automatically records standard technical information each time a page is requested. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, the pages requested, the date and time of the request, and the referring source.
