Our Story
Small by choice. Since 2015.
Zigma began with a simple observation: most workplace learning is built to be completed, not remembered. Compliance courses that feel like punishment. Onboarding that’s information overload. Training that never answers the learner’s real question — “What do I do on Monday?”
So we set out to build something different. A studio, not a factory. A place where every course is written by someone who has taken the time to understand your world, speak your language, and care about whether it actually works.
A decade on, that’s still who we are. We stay small on purpose, work with a hand-picked network of designers and trainers across India, and measure our success the simplest way we know — clients who come back, year after year.

The People Behind It
Rahul Subbaraman
Co-founder & Head of Sales
Rahul has spent two decades at the intersection of learning and business — selling training solutions at NIIT and NIS Sparta, setting up schools with Pearson India’s M&A team, and building Zigma from the ground up. He leads projects, partnerships, and strategy, and still reviews learning content because he can’t help himself. He shuttles between Kolkata and Pune, and is happiest when a client says, “our people actually finished the course.”
Mahua R. Raman
Co-founder & Head of Operations
Mahua is a corporate coach and trainer with a background in Psychology and an MBA in Human Resources. Over 14 years, she has trained 10,000+ professionals across 60+ companies on communication, leadership, feedback, and more. She leads Zigma’s instructional design and training practice, and her workshops are known for one thing above all: they deal with real work, not theory.
